Description

The GC48 roof mast is a heavy duty mounting platform for a range of large antennas, microwave dishes, and mmWave systems.

The GC48 series' collared design incorporates two sliding collars allowing stay bars to be attached to the centre mast, locked into place with set-screws. Designed for operation in even the most extreme environments, this mast has three large footplates designed to secure in place using 6 to 12 roof screws. The footplate has a hinged design allowing pitch compensation for standard corrugated iron and tin roofs.

Installation of the tin roof design uses the existing roof screw holes. Screws are removed, the three foot plates and two stay bars positioned, and screws are weatherproofed and replaced. GC48 masts are reusable and easy to assemble/disassemble.

GC48 is designed for critical systems. This is a large, solid roof mount that can support very large loads (66 m/s @ 0.64 m2 payload (Wind Region D) - equivalent to a 900 mm 3 ft parabolic dish).
