This band is designated for use by self-coordinated fixed point-to-point links. No channel plan is specified - links can use any or all of the band. Detailed frequency coordination is not required in this band, however apparatus licensing arrangements and fees apply in this band.

Channel aggregation is permitted to enable wider bandwidth. Single frequency (TDD) systems and two frequency (FDD) systems may use all or any portion of the band between the guard bands.

Conditions

  • Apparatus licences are required to record device location
  • EIRP limits and minimum antenna gain requirements are defined by the ETSI EN 302 217-3
  • The maximum output power shall not exceed 30 dBm.
