Partner Communications Company Ltd., trading as Partner and formerly known as Orange Israel, is a telecommunications company based in Israel. It provides mobile network services, internet Wi-Fi, fixed telephony services, and OTT/IPTV. The company was founded in 1999 and was the third mobile network operator to enter the Israeli market. Partner was the first GSM cellular network in Israel, allowing Israeli consumers to use their phones internationally.
The company’s shares are traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, and it is a constituent of the TA-35 Index. Initially, the major investor in the company was Hutchison Whampoa Hong-Kong, under whose name the network was branded as "Orange". Over the years, the ownership of Partner Communications has changed significantly. In 2009, Hutchison sold their 51% controlling stake to Scailex Corporation, owned by businessman Ilan Ben Dov. In 2012, this majority stake was sold to SB Telecom, owned by businessman Haim Saban.

The company provides 2G GSM services over the 900 and 1800 MHz band, and launched 3G UMTS over B1 (2100 MHz) in March 2006 and later deploying B8 (900 MHz). DC-HSPA+ was launched on both bands in 2012.
