Advanced mobile coverage studies are designed for industrial clients who are seeking to understand mobile voice and data service availability across a large geographic area.

Leveraging years of development, R-Spectrum's digital models of the Telstra, Optus, and Vodafone networks contain tens of thousands of 3G, 4G, and now 5G base stations. Our team can produce a range of maps including:

Signal level heat map
Coverage by Transmitter (demonstrating best serving base stations)
Coverage by data rate (CINR to MCS index mapping)
Overlapping areas (revealing CoMP zones)

These maps are used extensively by industry when planning new developments and greenfield sites. Our 3G / 4G desktop surveys are a cost effective way to determine availability of communications ahead of mobilisation, and can also be used to adjust placement of site offices.

We also need to know what network your mobile phone or mobile broadband service is using. As part of our report we will provide information about improving both mobile phone service and mobile internet.
