4.3-10 Male to N Female adapters are used to connect older N-Type coaxial cables onto modern 4G and 5G antenna systems which use the 4.3-10 RF interface.
This adapter is a convenient way to provide backwards compatibility on newly installed antennas without having to replace existing coaxial cabling - although it should be noted that many N connectors will encounter variable performance on 4G LTE-A Pro and 5G NR.
