The TDD LTE over WiFi band is a Time-Division Duplex LTE band operating immediately adjacent to the standard 2.4 GHz WiFi band, referred to as the S-Band. 3GPP introduced the band in June 2019 to support a joint project between Nokia and Globalstar, who held rights to the spectrum in the United States.
